Solid State Drive (SSD)

Solid State technology is much more widespread and affordable these days, yet we still see many computers with mechanical and slower Hard Disk Drives (HDD).
If your system does not have an SSD, then we can say with great confidence that it needs one!! Your system will start up much faster than it ever has and will have a much snappier feel within the operating system. Expect system start up times to be up to at least ten times faster!

Random Access Memory (RAM)

The workspace or think space of the computer is the best way to describe RAM memory. The more you have the more room your computer has to think and get things done. Memory upgrades can be the most cost effective way to speed up a computer, although this is not always the case. We can advise whether a RAM upgrade will improve the performance of your system, based on current hardware and the software demands you place upon it.
