All our prices are in UK pounds. There are no hidden costs or additional transactions to be added after your order is completed.



Our delivery process can be via various methods or by various couriers. Our same day local delivery service is subject to availability of staff and time of order.



If you change your mind and decide you no longer want the item(s) you have ordered. You must notify us within 14 days of the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return postage and the item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in. To ensure the integrity of our strict data protection policies, every product that leaves our workshop/store and is then returned to us will have to be completely wiped/formatted and the operating system reinstalled.

Once the item is returned to us and is checked we will be able to issue you a refund minus a restocking and delivery fee. This fee varies from £40 – £120 depending on the item sold and length of time taken to test and reinstall operating systems and any other software.

As soon as you discover that any goods are faulty you should notify us and one of our skilled engineers will help diagnose the problem. Many issues can be rectified quickly over the phone or by a remote session.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear by you or any third party, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.

When you return goods to us:

  • You must include proof of purchase
  • You must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address.
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit.



All of our refurbished computers & tablets come with a one-year warranty as standard. This warranty does not include software issues caused by improper use such as viruses or malware, breakages, spillages, removable batteries or damage of any kind to the product. Your warranty will also be invalidated if you remove the tamper proof sticker.



We do not store credit card details nor do we share customers details with any 3rd parties. We do not store personally identifiable information in our cookie data.
